Skipolini's is a Family Tradition:

On May 3rd, 1974 Bev and Skip Ipsen opened our first pizza restaurant in Clayton California in a family home once occupied by the local post office. Their simple recipe of high-quality food in a unique, family-friendly environment, at affordable prices still holds true today.
