ABOUT HARRY’S HOFBRAU: Established in 1954, the cornerstone of Harry’s is, and always has been, our famous whole-roasted turkey. Served in a sandwich, a dinner, or a special dish, the volume of natural, whole-bodied Tom Turkeys used by Harry’s Hofbrau exceeds 1,000,000 pounds a year. For decades, we have been one of the leading volume buyers of turkeys in the open commodity markets. Along with turkey, Harry’s Hofbrau provides its guests with the perfect combination of the finest quality fresh hand-carved meats, including Roast Beef, Smoked Ham, custom-cured Corned Beef, New York-style Pastrami, Roast center-cut Pork Loin, and Rotisserie Chicken. The Turkeys and chickens are Grade A, the Beef is USDA Choice or higher, and the Pork is the center-cut loin.
Our service style is a hybrid of “cafeteria” and “buffet,” unique to our “Carvery” concept. Harry’s Hofbrau has been guided by one simple premise: Offer people quality food in generous quantities at fair prices. Surround them with friendly, attentive staff and make sure their dining experience is a good one. We have a set menu with different lunch and dinner selections for each day of the week, including “specials” that change daily. All the dishes are prepared in-house, and each day, different soups and salads are featured. Harry’s produces its line of baked goods for dessert. Each Hofbrau has large, full-service bars with lounges complemented by strategically placed TVs for the sports-minded. We proudly offer 28 draft taps with a variety of craft beers and over 100 bottled beers, domestic and imported, along with modestly priced varietal wines.
